Bio: Olivia Jones is an Employee Benefits Consultant and focuses on creating custom and innovative employee benefits strategies that help Arizona businesses care for their people while ensuring sustainable financial success. She began her insurance career on the stop loss carrier side, where she designed and implemented alternative funded programs for mid-market and large business in the Southwest, and was a trusted partner to employers and advisors in building innovative plan structures, cost-containment programs, and long term benefits strategies.

Prior to the benefits world, Olivia worked in branding and marketing operations, giving her a unique ability to bridge technical insurance knowledge with compelling communication through digital channels. She now leverages this background to elevate digital presence as an insurance professional, to build stronger relationships, enhance credibility, and grow her business. Olivia is passionate about empowering benefits professionals to tell their story, lead with value, and make a meaningful impact in the employee benefits space.
