Course Overview:

NABIP Arizona invites you to a focused, insight‑rich session exploring Mercer’s latest national survey findings on employer-sponsored health plans. As benefit costs continue to rise, employers are under pressure to balance affordability, employee well‑being, and long‑term sustainability. This course breaks down the most critical trends shaping the benefits landscape and equips attendees with data-driven perspectives to better advise clients in a rapidly shifting market.

Drawing from Mercer’s annual national survey, this session examines the forces driving cost increases, the strategies employers are using to safeguard affordability, and the emerging opportunities to improve health and well‑being outcomes. The agenda highlights key themes such as the urgent need for action on rising health benefit costs, the importance of delivering greater value, and the foundational role of financial wellness in overall healthcare affordability.

Whether you advise small groups, large employers, or public-sector clients, this course will help you translate Mercer’s research into practical guidance that supports smarter decision‑making and better outcomes.
