Tammy Halter is a Principal Consultant in Mercer’s Phoenix Health and Benefits office. She is responsible for all aspects of the health and group benefit services provided to her clients that range in size from 100 to 20,000 employees. Tammy is focused on creating deep and lasting relationships with her clients while helping them provide a best in class total rewards solution for their employees.

Her career in employee benefits has spanned over 25 years including positions in sales and account management for a national insurer, service management at regional brokerage firms as well as five years in the benefits department of a global Fortune 200 company.
